I'm unsure if I'm allowed to post this here but my sister is taking part in a fundraising event for cancer research UK, would really appreciate it if you could have a look and donate even a tiny amount. For such a fantastic cause.
My dad passed away in November from lung cancer - small cell. I have a blog about it if you would like I read more.. It is not only in memory of him but also my granny, all those fighting cancer now as I write this, all those in remission, all those we have lost.
We raised over £7OO at the funeral for Macmillan.. Hoping to do the same for cancer research.
When my dad was diagnosed he couldn't work, my mum struggled to pay the bills.. We were sent a cheque to pay our gas.. I can't tell you what this meant to our family!
If anyone has any fundraising tips please share as this is only the beginning, I will keep raising money for those who need it as long as I can.
