Just found out about a little-known or publicised benefit available from Welsh water -  If you are claiming benefits and also have a medical condition that needs you to use lots of water - frequent use of toilet or bathing for instance, Welsh Water customers can change bill to £250 for the current billing year (mine is usually over £500)  check it out here - http://www.dwrcymru.com/English/library/publications…

I'm sure I'll get 'flamed' for this, but here goes... Although some of the jokes are slightly amusing, I was under the impression that this was a 'Cancer Community' , where sufferers and carers can find information and support from others during an extremely distressing and worrying time?
