My dad had an operation to remove the tumour today. It was more severe than they thought from the xrays, and he has had to have his Colon and small bowel removed. He has also been given a temporary stoma and will need to have surgery again in about 6 months. He is in intensive care this evening, though...

In January 2010 I had a hysterechtomy as cancer cells had been found in my womb, just two months after my initial concerns had been treated BRILLIANTLY by my GP.
