    Hello all,

    So, anyone in the mood for some good news?!!!

     

    Scans today... Results almost straight after. If I understood correctly from what mum said to me on the phone we have no progression on the original site, and possibly a little shinkage. Plus the area the other side of the brain which looked a bit suspicious last scan has halved in size!

     

    I was totally expecting the worst. I was waiting for our world to fall…

    Yesterday was my day off, and I went to see Littlesis and mum_maggie (my ma). Had a lovely visit!

    Littlesis was just out of the shower at 1pm when I arrived (it's handy really as I can go to Sainsbury's in the morning and arrive for lunch - yet to her it must feel like Ive been there all day!!) and we had a look at the cosmetics she got at her 'look good, feel better makeover.... was tempted to nick a few bits…

    Hello, long time no type... Just a quick update. Littlesis has done one set of chemo now, and next week will start on dose number 2. Last time it was ok, so she's not too bothered about that. Main problems are steroid related, moon-face, bloating, acne. They stopped the steroids last week and she takes something else now which interferes with the nerves so that she doesnt get tingly fingers with the lack of steroids…
