HI anna, I had a masectomy adn I am now on my 4th chemo. I wish you all the best for youer treatment. I am having  FEC and then radio and then herceptin.Listen to your body and get rest when your body tells you to. I am usually a very active person a music and drama teacher. Beffor this I did a very busy job and went to te gym twice a week. I am now gertting to the stage where I think I can go back and do some gentle excercise at the gym so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Take care. Le us know how you getting on . Well done Anna, watched your interview,keep your chin up, and stay positive, my mum and sister have both had mastectomies, good to se you with such a good attitude.  good luck with the road ahead,yoiu children should be very proud of you.

Not feeling great this week, picked up a tummy bug, not eaten properly since sunday! Video camera arrived on Monday for me to keep a video diary for GMTV. I have no idea where to start!...........

Just had permission from the hospital to film my treatment for the telly, got to try and not include anyone in the shots for privacy and confidentiality reasons. Doing this in a way is helping keep my mind off the chemo looming over my head and hopefully will help others in the future.......

I have just watched your interview and found it very inspiring to see how positive you were/are. I was diagnosed the day after your interview, and have had lumpectomy and SNB start my chemo journey next friday. Hope your chemo is going ok and the side affects have not been too bad. Hope the diary is going well. keep being strong.
