Hi, my Dad's just been diagnosed with SCLC and he's started his chemotherapy. I was just wondering what views people have in regards to diet helping with the treatment of cancer. There are a lot of foods out there that can supposedly help to fight off cancer; green tea, certain vegetables, etc...
